Looking for some 243 match/long range loads. I have a 28 inch 1 in 8 twist barrel and I have 115 Dtacs, 107 sierras, 105 amaxs and rl-17 on hand. Looking for some accurate loads. Thanks
Keep in mind, though, that you will still need to put in the load development work to ensure that any loads will be safe and accurate in your rifle. Other people's data can serve as a useful data point, but there is no shortcut to accuracy or safety.
I like 39.2gr H4350, 105 AMAX. My barrel is same length and twist. I get 2965fps and as accurate as I can hold them.
I stayed away from the 115 DTAC's just because I figured I needed a little faster twist to shoot them. That and the fact that the 105 AMAX's shot so dang nice.
Brass was all prepped and necked turned.
Flash hole deburred and primer pocket was corrected
