.2-.3 100 yard cold bore challenge

Exit holes on deer I've shot with hammers (including 83) were significant, with plenty of blood trail.
I also want a blood trail. Haven't recovered a bullet yet this year with 17 deer. 6mm, 25 cal. And 6.5mm.

Load I worked up for a Ruger M77MKII 25-06. All that I've done to it is sand the stock so the barrel free floats.

Still playing with my Sauer 100 and testing factory ammo. These are not in the .2-.3 category, but I thought I'd post'm just for fun. It was too windy to shoot at 200, so I shot these at 100 yards. Not my best shooting but the rifle still shows to be decent even when I'm not shooting my best on a windy day. First time shooting HSM

Also first time shooting Fiocchi 129 grain Interlock

Most of the people on here aren't technically taking the OP's test. They are just throwing up there best groups at all sorts of yardages. Only a handful have claimed to include the cold-bore shot.

He didn't say we couldn't shoot from a fouled bore, just have to include first cold bore shot. I never hunt without first fouling my bore. I did put up a couple of groups shot at 200 yards--but they were both in the low 0.2's for real. No scamming, just slamming.

I had shot my 6.5 up in NH 2 wks ago after mounting new rings due to putting it in an APO chassis. I started at 480 and went from there with out a 0. Today I confirmed my zero at 200. Ran a 5 shot ladder with Rl19 and then ran through a bunch of various factory loads from Winchester. All were 13 to 18.00 bargin stuff.
The zero was shot with Win brass fl sized .002 shoulder bump and .0025 neck tension. Br2s 45.5 Rl19 147 2.830coal today it was 2780 vs 2765 2wks ago. 24 to 41 degrees which accounts for the change. I guessed what my turret should be for cold bore then went up .1 for the 2nd n 3rd shot. Wind was 12 to 15 l to r full value didnt hold for it. This at 200. The 300yd line was full early when i shot this
The ladder from 44.9 to 46.1 showed 45.2 to 45.8 to want to shoot. 46.1 jumped to 2812 from 2788. 44.9 2759 45.2 2779 45.5 2780 45.8 2788 the target shows the first low then 3 nearly touching and the last low bit higher than the first and way right.
Last is the best of the factory ammo at 300yds. This is the super x 129grn power point box said 2820fps g1 bc .378. I dialed 1mil from the zero I just established not thinking 200yd then corrected. You will see why
