Surprised to hear this. Been using 180ms for the last 400 rds out of a 7-300wm and 28 nosler. Shoot at 300+ and haven't seen anything crazy on paper or steel. Definitely worked great on my last two mulies
My son shot a bull this past week in Colorado at 647 yards with the 180m. Bull dropped in its tracks. His friend shot a Mulie buck at 1150 with the 180m. It staggered 10 yards and fell over. Both out of 28s.
I run a 7 Practical with 9 twist running 3100 FPS out of a 30" Krieger. No bullet blow up and have taken game out to 1130 yards. No problems. You don't need a 8 twist for these bullets or any other 7mm bullet in high capacity 7 magnums. Combine an 8 twist with a large magnum and i understand why people are seeing bullets come apart.
