15x power binos

Did you not click on the link I provided a few posts up?
Yes but wanted some other opinions, my dad has a swaro scope and binos, I actually prefer my meostar over his scope. So just seeing what else everyone has in mind, which the meostar hds 15x56 might be the ticket

Just to clarify:
I wasn't suggesting a spotter, I just meant mounting the high mag binos to a window mount that is mounted to your stand. Holding high mag binos, even when braced, is not ideal.

Meopta makes some very good Binos in the 15x range, i have a buddy that just picked some up and they are impressive, when mounted to a tripod. We are just in different worlds as far as spotting goes.

I would not pay that kinda money to see something at 250 yards that I can see just fine with 8x40 nikons, but I have good eyes. With what you are describing, I don't know that more magnification is going to solve your problem. From what I know, the higher the mag, the more light you need.

Also, tongue in cheek, youre a lost cause. the swaro spotting scopes, aside from one Leica a buddy has, are the best I have ever used. Granted we are hunting different, we are spotting and judging animals from a mile or more away, but I have had it standing next to a dozen other scopes over time and all that looked thought the swaro thought it was a better scope. There is a reason we carry that heavy bastard to the tops of mountains.

You can save money by just wearing glasses that correct your astigmatism. My eyes are poor too and there is nothing the doctors can do for them but my 10 pqwer Ziess let me see. By that I mean well enough to judge antlers past 250yds in the evening and mourning. From the sounds of the scopes you mentioned if you can not judge antlers with them then 15x bino's won't help. Get your eyes fixed in the spring and see if you still have the same issues. You will have all spring and summer to test your 10x bino's out and see if you still need 15x. Spending upwards of 2000 now and finding out you only needed your10x after surgery would be a big waste of hard earned money.

Well I'm taking pics standing in the plot not from stand and as stated I have shooting lanes. I have meostar 3-12x56 Leica er4 3-15x56 meopro 4.5-14x50 and meopro 6.5-20x50, but I like binos and I'm telling you at early morning, late evening the 12x doesnt givr me the clarity to judge characteristics at 200yds. A 7x would be terrible for spots listed trying to view racks at even 150yards
Actually they wouldn't be at all. For many years we used good 7x50 glasses to find deer at some very long distances. Then used a spotting scope to determine the rack size. There are times where less power will give a clearer picture than higher power.
I think you are looking for something for periods of very low light conditions based on what you've said.
If your rifle scope wont suffice at the locations you've shown in your pics, then id be following Hatricks advice first.

I agree lower power is better for spotting the deer/movement, which I would use because I have a pair of 8.5x50s but for the last 10-15 and first 10-15 minutes of light I'd like to use a higher power of binos after spotting deer in the STAND. Also I live in South Carolina where season is 4.5 months long and deer know this and are skiddish as hell so I'm 100 percent against hanging my rifle out or something like a spotting scope out of my standa at any light. I'll also note I'm a killer/Hunter not much of A shooter and have been in the woods here for 26 seasons. Im not a newb. When it comes to learning I don't care about rifles(I have several all hold zero) 90 percent of time I want to know about glass and the only current issue I have is low light first and last ten of light. Also my astigmatism is worse in right/scope so clarity is better through binos. I just want to know what glass would help. Thanks

I often look at game over a mile away with my 10 power Leica's and 8 x Swarovski's. Save your money and buy good glass. 250 yds. is nothing and I wouldn't buy 15X cheap binoculars. You only live once, Buy a good pair of Glasses and enjoy hunting.

15x Binos will make it harder to see in low light scenarios. I don't think you can improve your setup much for 500 in the way of glass. finding a way to mount your Binos/sporting scope to your stand may be money well spent.

This is totally false. I have proven many times a good 15X will last minutes longer than a good 10X in low light.

Anyways, guess I should of asked with money not being an issue what would ya'll suggest as far as a 15x pair of binoculars, I have trouble viewing antler characteristics through my 10x's out to 150yrds. Yes I do have astigmatism(yes I plan to have surgery spring 2019) which hurts my low light capabilities, What glass/brand would ya'll suggests. I don't want a spotting scope period. All stands are set up in different ways and have several view points which I would need the binos. Thanks again for all of the responses. As stated I want something 15x

I have used Minox 15X58 that smoked my Minox 13X56. They also were way better than my Swarovski z5 5-25X52 unless the z5 was turned up to about 20X.
