Help! seekins vs fierce vs others..

I would go Seekins. You will be able to put a good scope on it and stay under your budget. I have been working on a load for a Fierce Reaper with carbon fiber barrel all summer and its at best a 1 moa gun on a good day. The Bergara's I have worked on shot well, and are a lot less money.

I have 2 of the Seekins PH2, one in 300 win and the other in 6.5 PRC. They are both extremely accurate. I have had a lot of high end rifles up to full custom rigs and have never found anything that checks all the boxes better than a Seekins. They just do everything a good rifle should every time.

I think seekins will also build what you want. They do a custom option. Not sure on the wait time.

If 4k was my budget I'd definitely look harder than a seekins. Nothing against them but 4k gives you some wiggle room over a seekins IMO. These rifles all shown in stock and ready to ship. Just saying.....

Gotta leave room for good glass. ;)
Well beings that the OP said he's looking for a rifle on a 4k budget and hasn't acknowledged either way if that includes glass it's fair to assume a rifle on a 4k budget is a rifle on a 4k budget. 🧐

All of my suggestions are rifles under a 4k budget....

When I worked in gun sales, we sent back a shocking number of fierce and Christensen for QC issues. That's been a minute, but I would have a hard time trusting fierce .

I recently overheard a conversation between a guy and the salesman at my lgs about the carbon-fibre wrapped barrels loosening up and poi shifting as the barrels heated up. I'm not sure what QC issues you saw, and I'm not sure the details of this whole conversation, as I didn't listen to the whole thing.
