I have a Seekins PH2 in 7mmRM. Love it! It prints sub MOA with 160 Sierra GK's and 162 Hornady SST's and ELD-X's. It hates the 175gr Speer Grand Slams. The barrel is a 1:8" twist, so it is able to shoot the longer (heavier) pills just fine, and the magazine has plenty of room to allow for handloads with longer COAL. It's got a Seekins brake on it and my shoulder is fine after a day of ladder testing. I think the 7mm/.284 cal. cartridges are the sweet spot.
As for the glass, it's a Leupold VX2 - 6-18x40 in Warne rings.

I'm also a fan of the Seekins PH2 in 300win. Mine is shooting 5shot moa groups with 200g Accubonds. It shot well with 180 Accubonds as well. I purchased the break for it, but haven't installed it as the recoil is soaked up very well by the stock.
There is a HS Precision in 300win in the classifieds that might suit your needs. I'm a big fan of those…but they are more money.

Seekins Havak Element in 300 Win Mag
Just ordered a new rifle, Seekins Element in 300 Win Mag, and wanted to see if any of you have any time behind one. I was looking to find out if the recoil is manageable with their muzzle brake and what muzzle velocities or drop you were seeing with the 22” barrel. Thanks ’

Is $4000 your total budget or just the rifle including scope? What calibers do you already own or what are you thinking?

Seekins is going to be your best choice for off the shelf Rifle some of my hunting buddy's use them and they shoot great as for fierce I'm not a big fan I have had 3or 4 of there Rifels there new action I like 70% bolt throw with 3 lugs but there stocks don't take much of the recoil out good luck on your choices and remember it's not so much the rifle as much as it is the guy pulling the trigger

Sorry to ruffle your feathers. This is just the range I was looking at purchasing a firearm. An elk rifle is a rifle that can kill an elk effectively even if Shot placement is a little off.

I needed another rifle like I needed a hole in my head but I bought the first Fierce rifle to arrive in Fairbanks because I liked it. Welp fast forward and today I love it. ½ MOA all day long.
