Anyone us Boyd’s

Do anyone here use the Boyd's AtOne stock? If so how are the adjustable pieces?

I have done 3 of them for hunting Riggs . Everything is solid and adjustments

My brother has one, love it.

I put one on a Browning A-bolt I stripped down and sprayed with Brownells Aluma-Hyde paint. For the price, a nice stock. I did have to do a little inletting for a proper fit, but it wasn't much.

I modified one for my Browning A-Bolt micro / mini .223 WSSM. I had to use one for the next size up action as that's all they offered. The actual micro is about 3/4" longer than these WSSM actions. I like the way it came out, it looks and feels sooo much better than the overmolded, melting off factory stock! It is also very functional and featured, a great deal for the money.

I have done three for my daughters 2- 7mm08 one Ruger American and the other a Browning A-bolt the third was a 6mm CM thumb hole. My girls love them they were finally able to make the gun fit them without having to reposition their head as all women have that issue. I like the fact that I can adjust them out for me if I want to shoot them. I have a couple other Boyd's stocks on varmint rifles and have always had great success with them.

I had one ,, it came on a Savage 10 SR in 308 ..
it cracked and split .. if you get one pillar & bed it .
I'm sure it will last , the one on mine was not pillared
or bedded just the action in the stock . I sold it for
scrap price . I would go MDT before one of them .

I find them "Chunky" and the riser and buttplate where extremely hard to extend for months. MDT solved those problems nicely.

I put one on a Mauser I built for my daughter. My wife and daughter ordered it, along with different grip and forestock pieces.
She's 6'3".
She loves it!
Though I'm sure that I have a special place in the afterlife for putting a purple stock on a Mauser.

I just finished one of these with a 300 Win Mag Zastava Mauser. I was literally amazed at how well it was cut for my action. Just some very minor cuts and glassed it in. Very happy with this stock. I have several other Boyd stocks on other rifles, and all turned out well. I got a beautiful Black Walnut that I built a 280AI on.

I love Boyd's stocks, get the pillars installed, and a good recoil pad on hard kickers.

I picked one up for a rem 783 a few years ago. First thing I did was pillar and glass bed it. Had to do a little inletting to get the mag to feed but wasn't too crazy. For the price I like it. Also picked up a maple stock for my 280ai.

Thanks for the info here. I was wondering about this stock myself. I have several of Boyd's other stocks and have been pleased with them.
