I'm not sure how old I "feel". I'm 46. I am 6' 4" and weigh 270#. In the past five years i've noticed my metabolism has slowed way down. Used to be able to really put the food away and not gain a pound. Five years ago I was 255#, now fluctuate between 270-275# I do know that in the last 3ish years I've noticed more aches and pains and healing takes longer. I've had both knees scoped, L4-L5 discectomy in the last 10 years and here a couple weeks ago had my right shoulder scoped (instead of a replacement like the doc wanted to do). They removed a bone spur, removed the bursa sac, cleaned up a labral tear and released the long head of the bicep tendon (tenotomy). Zero cartilage in my shoulder. Don't get me wrong with this post, I still get out and hammer. It's just not like it used to be. I guess the term "getting old sucks" applies here LOL
 
I am 65 and feel great thank god. I attribute this to staying active both physically and mentally. I try to workout several times a week so I will be in "Mountain" shape for that yearly trip out west. I hope I can continue this routine for many more hunting opportunities.

I'll be 30 this year. I will say I have not been nice to myself over the years with lots of running, hiking, heavy packs both at work and play. Got one messed up knee, messed up shoulder, compressed disks, had heart surgery for a atrial fibrillation last year, generally getting kind of banged up. The greys started this year. But hey I still ran 6 miles in 55 minutes this morning before work at 8100 feet of elevation. Im to the point that I'm pretty sure 40 is going to hurt.

Edit: I'm 5'9" and about 175-180 depending on the day.
 
I'll be 66 in July and sometimes I feel it. 45 years standing in machine shops didn't help my feet and legs. Then I stepped in a frozen horse foot print that was drifted over with snow I fell but it held my foot and ruptured tendons in my left ankle? I use my Bow Flex for my upper body but my hiking days are gone. I'm 6'2 and weigh 240
OK I usually buy 38 X 32 pants ..XL shirts.. 2XL Coats and 13-13.5 Boots

Super active, use to run about 30 miles a week, now down to 12-15 miles. Lift and ruck a lot. Been working out consistently since 15.

Major issues, torn rotator cuff in right shoulder, broken nose, 3 compressed discs, and sleep issues. It's nothing that really slows me down just annoying.

Did a shooting comp where we went 33 miles in 3 days in Jan this year. I can run 5 miles in about 35 mins. Did a 2 mile run for a test and did it in 12:50
 
I am 58, 6' and 290. I have done hard work all my life. I can still do most of what I used to ....just not as fast. New aches and pains pop up more often. Dont seems to "bounce back" like I did. Overall I am in good health and dont have any major issues......unless inability to stop buying guns count ......and bacon!
 
morning, 73 Oct. 30. 3 knee surgeries, rt. ankle crushed, broken
fingers, 5 bypasses, diebetic, 3 times broke nose, broke left elbow,
4 cracked ribs, 3 brain concussions, dislocated rt. shoulder,
perforated ear drum. maybe a few more. my joints ache, gout,
diabetes is a pain. other than a few aliments feel great
love to hunt coyotes and pigs. go to Amistad lake, del rio
tx. once a month bass fishing. my knees will not let me climb latters,
can not work on aircraft. skills. justme gbot tum
 
I'm 5'10", 185 pounds. Just turned 68 and hell bent on trying to maintain my active lifestyle. It's a bit harder to keep the pounds off , keep up with the younger guys at the tactical shoots, and hoofing it up the mountains and hills but I reckon that's the handicap to account for the experience(LOL).

I feel good, I have had meniscus taken out of both knees twice on the right knee, once on the left. My knees pop and what not, but they rarely bother me when hiking and packing heavy. I have a spondolathesis in my L4 vertebrae it hurts sometime, not so much if I pay attention to my posture. I don't have time for the gym currently. I work a lot 13-14 hours per day, no time for the gym. I am a blue collar guy so I am on my feet all day, I do a lot of walking around the shop with heavy lifting of work pieces. I am 34 and I am 6'4" 200#

I'm 37 next month, 5'10 weight 170. Broken foot, ankle, nose, arm, no telling how many fingers and toes, dislocated both shoulders, multiple concussions, disc degenerative disease in my neck, gerd, migraines, knees hurt when I squat, the usual. Figure I ran enough as a Marine to last a lifetime. Pretty active though working in construction, but dont purposefully exercise anymore. Do a lot of stretching though.
All things considered I figure I feel better than I probably should.
 
32 years young and feel much better than I did in my twenties. I feel like a 21 year old. I have a burst compression fracture in T-12 and four fractures in my sacrum. Other than that I am good and lucky that the wreck didn't paralyze me. I am 6"2' 280 and I lift weights 4 days a week. The extra muscle makes hiking hard. Anyway feeling much better since I started getting body work done.
