Hammer bullets

I will say that the Hammer Bullets do not "need" to be run fast in order to work well. Infact they work down to 1700 or 1800 fps (depending on which bullet) with full deformation and shedding of the petals. Anything less than full deformation is not considered working properly. Some bullet companies advertise a slight deformation as successful. Not here at Hammer Bullets. Now that I have cleared the air about not needing to be run fast, we can't ignore the fact that Hammers can be run very fast. Hammers have no issue with very high launch vel nor do they have any issues with very high impact vel. So why not run fast? The only reasons to shoot heavier, is because that is what you like, or you need farther down range performance. The only rule when choosing a Hammer Bullet to use is make sure you have enough barrel twist to fully stabilize the bullet for proper performance on game.

Even at my age, Hi velocity still makes my sticker peck up…..I'm lovin my hammers so far. Seems the faster you push them the smaller the spot they fly into. And for a guy that's never satisfied with the middle "node", that suits me just fine.
