I take care of a wild hog problem for a Almond tree ranch here in CA. We obtained a deprivation permit and I have been hammering them crop destroying pigs year round. Quite fun and I give the meat away, some times by the truck load.
6.5PRC with Barnes 127grLRX off a tripod for close encounters as they exit the groves and a 300WSM with Hornady 180CX off bipod for those 700-1000 yard shots.
They just keep showing up.
