Welcome. Are you sure the "chatter" marks are from the ramp, and not the top front edge of the mag box? Could need to work it down just a touch. My .02

The tip of bullet hits the ramp and then turns sharply up to the chamber. It is still held in magazine by the rim of the case as the bullet goes over the lip of ramp then releases as the bolt moves forward.

Ok. Clearly not the mag itself. I don`t use the DBM style mags, but is there a box as part of the bottom metal that the mag slides into that could be a touch to high? Shootin from the hip now. Lol

You can see the brass that's rubbed off on the feed ramp I believe their lies your problem

Don't tell them you're shooting hand loads or your void your warranty if you still have a warranty you have to send it to Bergara if anyone else touches it you no longer have a warranty

I myself would not worry about a warranty I would send it to someone local have them polish the feed ramp maybe try to tune the mag a little before that although a plastic mag is hard to deal with
