I was just curious what other Korean creations you may make. No need to get uptight
I am not uptight; I did not see any relevance to your original question and the clarification. Why didn't you simply ask what other Korean dishes I cook?

If you look at my previous posts in this forum, I have shared international dishes ...

- Osso Buco, it does not make me an Italian.
- Venison Scottish egg, it does not make me Scottish.
- Posole, it does not make me Mexican.
- Salmon sashimi, it does not make Japanese.
- Sous vide meals, it does not make me French.
- Antelope sirloin with sweet and spicy Thai chili, it does not make me Thai.
- Spicy venison sirloin tocino, it does not make me Spanish.
- Etc., I simply love to cook ... as well as whiskeys and beers, and other spirits.
