73 gr. rl 19 with a 210 swift scirroco produces sub moa results in my sons browning a bolt. 3000 fps.

I wouldn't be afraid of Reloader powders. I have a load worked up with RL17 and the .338 210gr PT that is running over 3000fps that averages 1/2" 3 shot 100yd groups.
I use the 10 shot load development test to find the flat spot in velocity and then load 5 of that charge to see if the SD is small. If it is I then tweak that load for accuracy.
