The thanksgiving holidays was productive for my son. Still at age 11, he arrowed his 5th white tail, (2nd for this year). We had discussed the shot, he was aware that it was risky, and even though he was suffering from an extreme case of doe fever, he managed to slip a g5 tipped arrow right through the spine that came to rest in the lung cavity after she passed directly under him.
Mighty proud of my son, and I already realize that I'm gonna miss these days soooo much.
