Ok i really dont have any extravagant gun in my safe to talk about so i want to hear about yours. Mine stay aroung .5 moa when i do my part and there still pretty much factory guns so I want you to tell me about your guns so i can sit and drool over them. If you can show pictures cuz i like to see the guns to but i mainly just want to read about them and how they shoot. I like to see what others have luck with so I can look into modifying my guns.

Hi mate,
My only rifle is a Howa 22.250HB
Scope is a Zeiss 6.5-20x50 - excellent scope with very clear, sharp and bright
Leupold Mounts
Boyds Laminated Thumbhole Stock in the colour "Pepper"
I handload for it and use Sierra 55gn Super Roo projectiles (Same as Sierra Game King) shoot brilliantly in my rifle.
I also use 34.5gn AR2206H powder
CCI Large Rifle Primers
Cases are Rem and are FLR and fully prepped
All the target are shot of a bipod and homemade sandbag and are shot at 100m
This rifle is setup for fox and rabbit hunting, manly as a spotlighting setup or varminting, it weights about 5kg so not really suited as a walk about outfit.
I previously owned Howa rifle and they have always been very reliable and have also been exstreamly accurate.
This particular rifle is standard with the only thing done to it is I've had the trigger worked so it is set for about 8-10 oz letoff and zero creap, slight pressure and bang!! Beautiful.
Would I buy another Howa - you bet your *** I would, never let me down and have always been great shooters, this one has even shot some .4" groups at 200m.

I dont have any safe queens but I do have a 1963 remmington 700,in 300wm I had built for long range work. It has a 26'' hart custom barrel heavy & a Ultimate sniper ajustable stock,very nice trigger @ about .5 pull & a Swaovski 6-24x50 pv-s. Its pretty heavy at 18.4 lbs And its only used off a bench or heavy duty tripod .The weight makes the recoil very nice about 25-06 level.Have taken Deer at 600yds, TOOK A GIANT HOG@ 814yds,AND a hog at 6tens of a mile ? just got in the truck o the mileage and rode over there.THIS is my baby but I'M building a 7STW NEXT.gun)

700 VTR, started out life as a factory rifle, the only thing I didn't have anything done to was the barreled action. This was a "supposed to be budget" build over time. I just completely finished it this winter (the stock painting and the DBM).

4 shots @ 100 yds. = 0.221". This group was the first one after I had my stock painted, so it was not 100% sighted in. I just slapped scope back on and shot, I guess it wasn't really far off for taking off the scope and just putting it back on. I don't have the proof on me right now haha, but this rifle will shoot consistently about .75" @ 350 yds. (some smaller some bigger, smallest was about 0.541" @ 350 yds.). I have done it, with witnesses of course... I have shot this rifle out to 500 yds. and it performs very well.

Put this one up a while ago but hell I like showing it off
.358 Norma Magnum that started out as a Mauser 9x57 that had been in the family for about 60 yrs or so I'm told. Had the bolt face opened up to accept the magnum Cartridge and a #4 contour 24" barrel made by Bevan King. MPI custom fiberglass stock built for my arms and shoulder. Parker Hale magazine kit and a 2-10 x 50 Weaver sitting on a set of Leupold rings and mounts. I think there Leupolds anyways. Had this gun built over 10 yrs ago and I have forgotten some of the stuff I put on it. As far as accuracy it fills my freezer most years and the ones that it hasn't it was my fault. Have just ordered a painkiller muzzle brake from Kirby Allen and am awaitng delivery and looking forward to try it out. Havn't been shooting much in the past few years but that is changing as I am getting back into it with full gusto, have a very understanding wife that makes it possible.
