Delist Grizzlies now.
Amen brother. North Fork is scarry to hunt alone. I have stories. I now carry bear spray, lol , 10mm Glock , my rifle and always my ears and somewhat me eyes, my male Chesapeake. He hears everything before me and half the time sees. I key off him. It's scary chit out there. What I fear is running into a pack of wolves when I have my dog. He doesn't chase or bark. He just stands his ground. If a pack of wolves comes at me it's going to be hell, on them.

Here are a couple we have shot. The second picture really doesn't do the buck justice. He had a ton of mass.

Big whitetail aren't super common in Wyoming, but I've been lucky enough to take a handful of good ones over the years in the 140 to 170 range. I've seen a couple others that were bigger, and a buddy picked up a set of non typical sheds that are pushing 200.
