I'm looking at Area 99 or 41 as my first choice any thoughts I have 8 points

We hunted 61 this year and had good luck

Only when you are in "wilderness" areas. They area the areas on the map with lines or hash marks through them.

Thanks. If I do get drawn I will be looking for a guided hunt but it sounds like they fill up early and if they dont have room for me I will probably still go DIY. With The lack of preference points I didn't want to book a guided hunt this year but plan to for 2022 season With the additional points. But if I get drawn I'm planning on going regardless if I can get in with an outfitter. I just want to get an idea of what areas I should start looking into

61 is a rugged unit in the wilderness but I guess that's why the bulls are there

Yes but it was worth the wait. Great hunt and the food was awesome. Outfitter knew his stuff. Not his first rodeo
