Yep, sure do. With bascially no accessible public land in unit 40 you should have a ranch lined up to hunt on BEFORE putting in for a tag there. If you have a tag, it's pretty late now to try to get access for a buck without paying big money. Many ranchers allow doe hunting for free, but it's a whole new ballgame for bucks and it's especially so near the bigger cities down there. You should call the G&F Office in Cheyenne ASAP and ask them if they have a list of ranchers for that unit that allow access for a fee and if you get the list start calling and pray you get lucky. If you don't gain access, IMO I would scrub the hunt because there isn't enough public land in that unit to do a DIY.
