Windage card?

Does anyone have a link to a site where you can make a windage card for a given load?

I'm envisioning something like the old multiplication tables in school with yardages across the top and wind values down the side.

Does this make sense to anyone besides me?
Thanks--JM.

JBM - Calculations

Gives you something like this, with the distance in column 1 and 4, elevation adjustments in column 2, and windage adjustments in column 3.

Thanks for the replies fellas, I've been a big fan of JBM for a long time.
What I'm looking for is something that has multiple wind values and ranges on one card that I can tape on the side of my stock? Does such a thing exist?

I don't understand what you want. What is JBM not giving you that you want? Is it merely a formatting preference? Or is there desired data missing?

I wanted multiple wind and range values on one card. I just went ahead and made my own the slow way but it turned out pretty good. I was just looking for the fast easy fix. Thanks for the input guys.--JM.

JM,

Its a bit of a pain but the finished product is what 'you' want....

I cut and paste between JBM printed out put and exel then goof around with exel getting borders and font size right then print and tape to the rifle.

There just ain't no free lunches.:)

Here is another site that I use. Like mentioned above, I just copy and paste it into Excel and mess with the formatting.

External Ballistics Calculator

I understand what you are saying though...you are looking for some sort of calculator that would allow for different wind speeds vs distances etc.

Helidriver,

Can you post what you came up with? I'm really curious to see what you wanted. Glad you figured it out.

This is what I taped to my stock. Wind across the top, ranges down the side. MOA windage is read like a multiplication table. For example a 5mph wind on a 600 yard target will require a windage adjustment of 1.9 moa. A little crude but should get me in the ballpark. This is for my 260 AI carry gun, it has a mark 2 leupold with the elevation knob engraved out to 800 yards. On a calm day its deadly on volleyball size rocks out to 650. Next step for me is to get first round hits in the wind rather than dusting my way in.

Well got to test out the windage card a couple times and it works great as long as I'm diligent with the Kestral and get a good wind reading. First time out I got first shot center hits on the gongs at 500 and 620 yards in a 5 mph wind.
Will get to test it in the real world soon as I fly out today for some 'bou huntin on the north slope. Maybe even get a chance at a wolf! Weathers callin for 10-20 mh winds so it will be a challenge for long shots. I'll update hopefully with pics when I get back.
