Will Hornady make dies from fired brass? From a reamer?

Thank you kindly! Would you happen to know their cost for a custom sizing die and a bullet seating die as a combo?
Top of my head somewhere around 240-300

I have had really good luck with Whidden for custom dies, I haven't had to try anyone else though
You need a different reamer cut sizing die you can use chamber reamer for seating die. If you dont it wont size enough
Hornady will make you a custom die based on prints or fired brass .... Whatever you want. You just have to call them and work it out.
Cortina will also now make a custom die, although they are expensive.
I'm not sure if Neil Jones still makes custom dies ,but I think I ran across his website recently. I know he at least used to.

Call Ben Syring (pronounced "searing") at Hornady. 800-338-3220 extension 261. He will need a chamber reamer print and three fired cases.
Takes about 6 months.

IIRC, they only do dies once a month. My WAG is they are temporarily suspending it because they are overwhelmed and do not want more backlog.

I'd use Hornady, used a lot of Whiddens and just won't again, the upper end Hornady is an outstanding die without a bunch of gimmicks!

Dave Manson used to do it . He retired but who ever bought the shop probably can . Check out Manson reamers .

Could a one-off sizing die be created on a cnc machine without the extra step of making a reamer?
