Wifes buck with the 7SS

Awesome, congrats. I'm going to be building a 6.5 SS in a month or so. These cartidges are look very impressive.

On the AT-one stock how do you like recoil pad? Bought couple for my daughters rifles and unfortunately they still bit rough to shoot even in .308win the pads are bit hard. Just curious on your experience. And congrats on the amazing memories made

Agreed on the recoil pad. It doesn't seem to do much. Thanks

Opening day was today and my wife killed her second buck with my 7SS at 413 yards.

Beautiful buck, rifle and gal. You're a lucky man friend, but I bet you already knew that.

7 mm Sherman Short. Basically a 7mm Rem SAUM, with a longer neck, sharper shoulder (40), and the shoulder moved back slightly so capacity is essentially the same as the 7mm Rem SAUM, but fits better in a SA with long heavy bullets.

Very cool, what kind of performance do you get with this cartridge?
