When there exists the 300 WM? Just curious. Might need a nudge
You know you love it!
Wrong. Depends on the gun. I have a Savage 110 HC 300 WM. Butt pad, weight, and muzzle break makes it feel like a 175gr 308. My buddy's 7mm Rem Mag Weatherby without those rattled my teeth.The 300wm rattles most peoples teeth. The 7RM does not. The 7rm is slightly flatter and less wind drift out to normal hunting range. Cost less to shoot, more fun and pleasant to shoot.
Musket balls n such...yawn.The 7 mag pre dates the 300. So why the 300 when we already had the 7?
They all have a place and it's all just personal preference.
Because the 300 WM existed first. What does the RUM do that the 300 WM don't? "Where's all the RUM gone?"Why does the .300 Win exist when there's the .300 RUM?
We're talking hunting rounds here.Why does either one exist when we have the 6.5 Creedmoor
7mag= musket balls.Musket balls n such...yawn.
The argument something pre dates something so its better, ain't helping me much here.7mag= musket balls.
300wm= what. huge leap forward?
