Who to use for a .280 Ackley re-barrel ?

I've used Snowy Mountain Rifles 45 mins south of Missoula and have been very happy with their work. They are currently rebarreling a 28N to 30N, which is the third gun they have worked on for me.

Im on the same boat right now GAP will charge 695 to remove old barrel blueprint action mine (Remington 700) chamber and install new barrel for 695 if u send barrel of choice with barreled action which to me it's a hell of a deal
