Who makes the best Rifle Powder and why,

Unique; it's good for shotshell, handgun and rifle.
Hi-Vel2 if you're only interested in rifles.
Otherwise you're gonna have to be a bit more flexible.

If I'm looking at powders relative to the cartridges I use them in then X-terminator is my current favorite. Starting to appreciate IMR 4320 too. Never had a bad experience with it, every other powder I have tried has ****ed me off in some way.
