Which brand of wind meter, weather station do you use?

bought the kestrel 3500nv and less than 6 months came out with the 4000 with the blue tooth. Just my luck! 3500 works great.

Wind speed is calculated using a pair of calibrated eyeballs, and wind direction is determined using the eye/wet-finger indicators method. Sometimes a small bottle of talc.

caldwells are junk.I used my windwizard only a few times before it died. I'll be getting a kestrel soon enough.

I currently use a German made Testo anemometer, but I would like to get the Kestrel 4500 NV.

I still use my Caldwell, & it works OK but a Kestrel is in my very near future.

I have a Kestral 4000 on the way. I bought it for the Density altitude feature alone. I'll upgrade later to the Bluetooth in order to sync to my phone and Shooter ballistics program. I'll punch it in for now.
