What's the best rock bottom budget scope in current production?

I am not sure, but you should be able to find it at Walmart.
If you are willing to settle for a different power range, check out SWFA, their SS line of scopes are inexpensive but they track well and return to zero. SWFA does offer a 3-9 but they are perpetually out of stock.

I bought one of these last year after the Holidays on sale for $300.00. Just wish I would have bought more than one now for that price. Hoping they do it again this year. Primary Arms also has some decent glass for the price point. I bought a few from them. They do the job just fine. At least on lower recoiling rifles.
