What size bullet for 220 Swift 1-14 Twist

I have a Remington 700 VS SF in 220 Swift with the factory 1-14 twist barrel that I'm going to be loading for. What is the range of bullets that this twist rate in this caliber will stabilize and shoot well from lightest to heavyest? Thanks for the help!

55gr Nosler BT & below in length.

You're pretty much going to be limited to 55grainers and lighter. Some get away with shooting up to the 60's but you'll most likely have your best luck at 55gr an lighter.
