What length barrel when using suppressor?

I hunt box blinds and have a 5.5"
Banish Back Country on order. I have a 24" Bergara HMR 6.5 PRC I don't want to hack any of the barrel but I would like to hunt suppressed.

Honestly when I get the can, I may run down to the lease and get in my box and see what if it will be a good fit.

I'm experimenting with a 23" 6.5-284 and a ul7. I hunt open country but not sure yet if it'll work for me. I sure do like the short barrels and giving up a little velocity has caused me no issues. If in doubt go 24" and cut it later.

I ran a 26 inch barrel on my 6.5 x 284 norma ,this time I went with a 22 inch and a suppressor.. the balance is perfect!

I run 16" creed, 20" 6.5 PRC, 24" 7mag and yes it's fluted and no issue threading 9/16-24 into the flutes and my 300RUM is 25". Have both the TBAC Ultra 7 and the Energetic Arms LUX(8.7").

Got break in done tried working with my old load for the 26 inch barrel didn't quite cut It. I had to jump to a faster powder for the new 22 inch barrel. Looks pretty good I'm sure someone with better eyes could do a little better.

TBAC CB 1/2"x28 (only meant for .224" bores) on it to mount the suppressor.

Lance, talk with your local smith and have them open that CB up to 30 cal to run suppressed.
