what is wrong, strange accuracy problem

Well, Arte, I'd say you've already gotten lucky. If you're grouping well with the lower powder charge there's no reason to push the envelope. Faster is not always better.

Ok guys here an update:

I found out that my gun has a twist of 1-14" so what's the problem, the bullet is to long sized for my barrel to get it stabilised. So conclusion is that leadfree for this barrel will be always difficult because to get Mass in leadfree they need to make bullets longer. Am back to Sierra 55gr gameking. Thanks for all the support!

Lead or lead free are different. What do you want the bullet to do? You can't expect them to act the same at the same weight. At the same length the no lead will be faster.
