Check the new batch of brass for case capacity. If it is different to what you used before, then chrony the speed of the bullets from each batch, it has probably changed.
A lever action is pretty flimsy compared to a bolt action in terms of barrel thickness and stock bedding, so expect small changes to make a noticable difference to point of aim.
You say there is a bulge, but it's not showing on the photos. The photos cannot lie.
I had a problem once with a computer monitor. There was a circular patch on it at a particular spot that was out of focus, but I had to look really carefully to notice it. Like the bulge you think you are seeing on the case neck. I got prescription glasses and the monitor problem went away.
