What did people even do before the internet?

Saw one the other day, got a chuckle out of it.

"The other day I thought to myself, "what did our parents' generation even do in their spare time when there weren't cell phones, streaming services, video games, or the internet?" I asked all 17 of my brothers and sisters and none of them knew either!!!!!"
