Yes, it appears to be a Bat VR, which utilizes 18 tpi. I don't have data on the tenon length, might be 0.700" or a little longer.

If the tenon is .690-.700 it's probably a BAT, VR or similar

Edd, my guess it was a single shot version like the 40x. Supposed to be more rigid and more accurate so they say.
