I absolutely love Browning A bolt stainless stalkers I have 4, 3 with BOSS 270, 3006, 300WM. & 375 H&H no bossSame setup I use! Love it!
My 17 is a Remington 700 stainless synthetic with 22" pipeWhat about a 17 Remington, I've shot more yotes with that gun than all my other guns put together. Shoot them in the guts, pin hole going in and no exit.
I've been pondering turning my Browning Abolt stainless stalker in 375 H&H in 375 Weatherby, I have a 378 Weatherby, there is no substitute for HPMy favourite has always been the 300WM, but the 338WM and 338-416 Rigby Improved 45° are my favourite too.
The other is my custom Win Model 70 stainless in 375 Weatherby…it hammers everything it touches and was the first custom I built and took to Alaska on Kodiak bears. **** does it work very very well.
Cheers.
