Renaissance periodization has an app called the RP Diet App. It takes your age, body type and activity level into account and crafts sensible science backed daily nutrition for you. I've been using it for 2 years now and have lost 100 pounds over those 2 years. It has an AI program that keeps a close eye on you and adjust the plan according to your progress. Its a macro based application so there's no foods that are off limits but the app does recommend better options. You'll find yourself choosing healthier options over time as you'll learn that certain foods definitely make you feel better.

Keep in mind you are not going to lose that weight as fast as you might like....you will hit plateaus...you will get discouraged. Find an exercise you like to do not one you have to do!
