Weatherby Ultra Lightweight 300 can it shoot?

I am looking for a different hunting rifle thats light and shoots the first bullet well. I already have a 300 weatherby and all the reloading stuff so kind of like to stay with that cal and was wondering if the Ultra lightweight guns will shoot okay for a mid to long range hunting gun?

Yes, My dad has an Accumark Ultralight that I load with 210 Bergers and it shoots excellent, even with the huge jump. It shot 2 inch groups at 100yds with factory ammo but shoots 1/2 inch 3 shot groups at 100yds with hand loads.
