Weapons In Pictures

My buddy had the forethought to take my picture with my buck and the mountain our camp is named for in the background. The shadows and composition are terrible but the thought makes it one of my favorites.

While I understand Zeiss trying to mitigate possible future law suits, it just makes me sick seeing this happen. The pressures created by recent law suits is adding fuel to the to the left's warped cause.

I am here to avoid the noise from the people that want to attack what I love to do. I hope they stay away.

I can't believe this pronoun still is in use!!
HAHAHA
I guess in 2022 you can identify as you wish so I prefer to be addressed as Mr. Woodchuck!
Or maybe The Hermit up in the big woods...
Your on a roll today Muddy!
Of course I have been cooped up all week with Covid so nothing I've said may make any cents.😆

I usually take pictures both ways, I like to have a picture that is representative of the animal, then if the gun is a part of the story then I get that I there then I take pictures of terminal performance.
I do like a picture with just the animal in focus!!

I like those old sepia colored pics showing 10-15 deers hanging from a beam with old bearded guys displaying lever action rifles with an occasional military Springfield or Mauser.
Showing your rifle or firearm of choice in a hunting picture , is a American Heritage, it wouldn't surprise me ,that will become illegal some day . Kinda goes together like eggs and Bacon , count me in.

Are we trying to convince someone the animal died of natural causes, and we just found it there? I take lousy pictures, but the gun has never been an issue.

I saw the original post, and couldn't think of anything to say that wasn't inflammatory, deragatory, or otherwise helpful.
