Wanna Try Hammer Bullets?

178 grain absolute hammer out of a Cooper 300 Win Mag, Muzzle velocity in the 3250 range, this buck was at 120-ish yards, point of impact right shoulder, exit just in front of left hip, buck traveled maybe 30 yards. Despite breaking a shoulder and going through the long way, very little meat damage. Consistent sub 1/2 moa groups. Happy customer.
GREAT buck!!

I don't and won't do social media anymore either.

They're not Hammer bullets but I think that was the point of trying them. Been wanting to try them for some time and can't count how many times I've been to their website but can't decide which bullet for which rifle and don't have a fast enough twist for the heavier bullets I want to shoot…. Yet. Next barrel will probably be a very fast twist though in a 7mm Mag. May do the 140-143grn for my 280AI with a 9 twist.

One of our more fun hunts, I glassed up some Javelina for a buddy on our rifle hunt and got him setup with my 28 Nosler with an Atlas bipod. Laid out the shooting pad & Protektor rear leather heavy bag for a very solid rest. He was up since I'd already killed mine the day before with my Suppressed 6mm Creed at around 680 yards shooting Berger 105's at 3,187fps.

My buddies Javelina. Distance was 1,010 yards with a slight breeze right to left. Rifle is my full custom 28 Nosler shooting Berger 195's shooting a mild but very accurate load at 2980 fps. We watched them feed around for approx. 30 minutes trying to get one to hold still for the shot. Finally he said he was ready, told me the far left Javi, and I told him to send it once the phone scope was on him through my Swarovski 15x56's. He squeezed off the cold bore shot and smoked him just behind the shoulder. Took him a couple hours to hike up there, load him on his backpack and get back to the vehicle for some pics and cleaning.

You don't have to wait on a new barrel. Go lighter and you will not be disappointed. They are fast and hit amazingly hard

Thanks

Buck

Another former social media user, here! Been "clean" for a year and a half 🤣. And it's been wonderful!!

Have had so many great memories and experiences hunting and shooting... Took my oldest out to "hunt" one day in early archery a couple years ago. Have been a couple times since but he was so much fun. We got chewed by mosquitos but he loved it (especially the snacks). We saw some deer, to boot! I let him "spot" some first. Definitely a very warm memory for this dad 😊

I guess I didn't include caliber and distance 🤣

I don't do social media but how about a bull from a few days ago! Shot this bull with my 7saum. 180gr eld-m. It performed great, but I'm looking for a bullet to use on moose. It's down to partitions and hammers! Anyway, this bull died in 70 yards, and is my best bull yet!

I don't do social media but how about a bull from a few days ago!

At the onset I told Steve and Brian most forum folks are not social media users. People on forums typically like to think things out… 🤣🤣🤣
Social media has too many negatives but it's an opportunity to engage new folks particularly younger reloading community who've never heard of Hammer Bullets.

Absolutely!! You would be a horrible choice as the marketing guy if you didn't include utilize that resource 😊 90% plus percent of people probably have one or more of the above platforms.

But, I for one appreciate you thinking of us guys that are "unplugged" as well 😊. Wouldn't expect anything less from the Hammer crew 🤘👊. Keep being awesome!!

I wouldn't be much help as a promoter, most people around here buy their 30-30 or 30-06 shells from Walmart (at least when you could) along with their hunting license friday after work the weekend before the Monday opener! Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with that! But I'm gonna keep trying hammers in different calibers and let everyone know my results good, bad or ugly!

For our Long Range Hunting community who do not use social media but would like to participate in the raffle share below your favorite hunting or shooting experience including weapon, caliber, and distance. I will add your name twice to the raffle if you include a picture. One entry per story you share. YES, you can subscribe and comment to social media AND share your favorite hunting and shooting experience's for multiple opportunities to win.

Good luck!
Don't do social media as it is like a wrestling with a pig in mud. Love hammer bullets. Had a 28 nosler that I couldn't get to tighten up. Hammer 155 gr did it. Sub Mia groups at 300 yards.
