It's the 30mm main tube 34mm bell. Yes it's the Shorty.
You can buy them with a Burris XTRII ring set that comes with one of each size ring and you can adjust MOA cant with the shims that come with the rings.
I was going to get the new 34mm tube variant but got a great deal on this model.
As far as the eye relief, I'll let you know when I finally get home from traveling for work next week.
