Vortex Bubble Level Troubles

Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone else has had any trouble with these. I was shooting my 6. 5lapua last friday and after about 4 rounds when I went to check level the level was hanging halfway out of the mount. This level has only seen about 200 rounds from the lapua.

I've put about 500 rounds of 270 wsm under mine with no issues.

Send it back to Vortex and they will make good on it. Their customer service is the best!

I have them on 5 different rifles (.223, 22-250, 257wby, 308 win, & 7mm stw) and have not had any problems. I would send it back as well.
