Anyone had any issues with Viht. N570 losing velocities over extended period of time?

There's only one way to find out: run your load through a Chrono and compare it to when you first had it. Not N570, but I have some 5-plus-year-old open powders without noticeable loss in velocity.

I have heard it may, however I do not know for sure. Was using it in a 300 RUM and had a load at 2830 FPS. 700 rounds on the barrel and it was throwing shots so figured the barrel was done. Ran the load over a chrono to be certain and it had dropped 100 FPS.
How many rounds on your barrel/what cartridge?
People like 8 pounders for the quantity (me included) but prefer 1 pounders so only one is open at a time.

I'd suspect it's erosion…. Have you bumped the charge up?
