in my experience, changing the muzzle device changes the harmonics of your barrel. especially the weight difference between a muzzle brake and a suppressor. if it shoots fine with the muzzle brake and goes to crap with the suppressor, you may need to change your load to get back in the sweet spot.

Just had this happen with a friends Rem action and 7mm RUM. 2 touching, one out.

removed the stock, replaced and properly torqued and it went away

Think outside the box, box magazine that is. Try single feeding the cartridges shot to shot, do not feed from the internal magazine.
