We've had some scammers show up in the classifies from time to time but they usually get burned at the stake in the comments. I've sent and recieved personal checks with no issue. On high end trades it's nice to have both parties to agree to an inspection period to make sure everyone is happy. I've never had any trouble with any of the well known members
