Thanks for the heads up, I haven't seen that before. What's frustrating is my kid applied for the tag we were trying to get for him, he had points for it, he was unsuccessful, but there were still tags leftover? Really

Last year was the first year we have seen what you describe. It's one of the wonderful side effects of conglomerating Div Of Wildlife with Parks and Rec. That and last year's double issuing of quite a few elk tags, with no way to track them.
