To muzzle break or not to muzzle break

Shorten the barrel and put a silencer on it.

Barrels already 24", don't want to go any shorter.

I am going to go with it, just hope I don't forget the hearing protection when hunting.
Need to come up with a new routine. Gonna go and have some custom ear plugs made here soon and maybe they can connect them and I can keep them in my pack.

Savage made a break you could turn on and off. Friend had one on a 300 Ultra Mag. I don't know if it changed POI or not, I know he had it turned off when he handed it to my mom to shoot a whitetail that was out of range of her rifle. He never owns anything over a few months so it was gone before I ever seen it shoot again.
