Which is why I originally asked why this technology wasn't being offered for all cartridges where far greater income and licensing fees could be generated?Alloys can make something useless become very very useful.
Something that work hardens like the stainless steels I use in machining or worse titanium alloys, would not work as a case material. With Federal coming up with something maliable, that does not work harden as severely, would actually IMO be great. If it can be "drawn" to shape the same way brass is, super great.
The Ron Spomer video added a few details that are helpful in me accepting it as a step forward.
If it is something special, why limit it to one new unknown cartridge? Everything could die on the one vine.
