That's what is unique about America. The Constitution supersedes all laws either federal or state. Whenever a conflict arises between what's written in The Constitution and a federal or state statute the former takes precedence. Moreover, changing The Constitution is notoriously difficult. No second amendment here or first or third.... president in power, politicians, lobbyists can change ANY RULES,ANY LAWS! ANYTIME! That's why they are called AMENDMENTS! Just a word of caution
Lmao....well said.... HOWEVER....both your government and mine no matter what side they sit on.....are now Tree hugging, Vegans, who have never held a gun....GUNS BAD, No need guns,GUNS KILL PEOPLE! It's ONE THING the majority can agree one in today's world....but Gee Whiz....guns also save people. That's what is unique about America. The Constitution supersedes all laws either federal or state. Constitutional Amendment Process
The authority to amend the Constitution of the United States is derived from Article V of the Constitution. After Congress proposes an amendment, the Archivist of the United States, who heads the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), is charged with responsibility for...www.archives.gov
"The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures. "
Given the current political climate in the US I would argue you have a better chance of winning the power ball lottery than getting two thirds of the House and Senate to agree on a Constitutional amendment. I mean you can't even get them to agree on how to disagree!
This is very true. It happened to me years ago. I learned my lesson.Once your experience a bad primer/powder shortage once, you will never experience it again.....
Okay, tell me one thing: If you can work 40% of your life in this country, why can't 40% of the people in this country even work at all? How's that for a head-scratcher?Yes I have....lmao....spent 40% of my working life in your country....and love a pile of Y'All....Eh!
Yes, all that you say is correct, however, do not forget the power of an Executive Order. And If we lose the Senate in January, there will be new legislation that will blind-side the staunchest of liberals. Socialism will dominate and we will all lose basic freedoms. Or, am I wrong? That's what is unique about America. The Constitution supersedes all laws either federal or state. Working for Canadian based companies my friend! About 40% will be unemployed here any day now as well!Sad to say for all of us!Okay, tell me one thing: If you can work 40% of your life in this country, why can't 40% of the people in this country even work at all? How's that for a head-scratcher?
I am sorry to hear that, too. I was actually talking about the 40% that never have worked and never will work. There is something not quite right about that.Working for Canadian based companies my friend! About 40% will be unemployed here any day now as well!Sad to say for all of us!
Noted! Have a great evening!I am sorry to hear that, too. I was actually talking about the 40% that never have worked and never will work. There is something not quite right about that.
I didn't know that we could have extra of anything gun related. I'm speaking for myself of course, but I don't have any extra of anything, seems like we may need everything we have on hand for future engagements that might arise in the coming months and yearsRecent industry articles are saying mftrs say they have a one year backlog now, so do not expect things to get much better soon. When things do get back to normal, good idea to stock up what you can of the most common primers and powder you use. I just found another ammo can full of 22 under my reloading bench with 5000 rds in it to my 10K on the shelf. I find a powder that works good in a rifle, then I normally buy 8 lbs. I was just taking stock of what powder is in the cabinet and have some extra. Anyone in SE NC I have 8 lbs of IMR 4166 (replacement for Varget) and some extra H4350, and 8 lbs superperformance.
