I'm reminded of one time I was looking at yard cement deer, where the guy would take your rack and put it on a cement deer for $250. I was trying to talk him down two for one price whatever . Nope He smiled and looked at me and said, what do you do for a living ?
I work for GM .
Can you get me a good deal on a car?
No, I said sorry.
The deer is 250 said take it or leave it ! I still laughing about that guy

Depending on how expensive the item I am selling,I will put $50-$100 on the top.
That way if someone makes an offer I can come down to what I really want!
That way he feels good and I get what I want!
