I have a feeling a lot of us are, I know I am on the average, some days better but not consistently. Joel builds an excellent action.

I've been there done that sub 3" groups at 1,000. Any rifle and shooter combination capable of that is excellent. Conditions are everything!

Sorry I don't believe a word I am not a target shooter bit I have seen the guys and rifles that shoot that sort of group.
Groups like that are normally a fluke.
