this is probably a really dumb question. I just purchased a bergara premier mountain rifle in 270. It needs Remington bases with 8-40 threads. I'm looking at the Talley light weight rings. But no where does it state that the screws come with the rings. It also doesn't state if the screws come with any 8-40 set up. Weather u are looking for pic base or standard weaver base of other brands. Can I assume the screws come with the base or rings.

I've run Burris rings with inserts. On weaver bases on my "woods" hunting rigs. But don't want to by bases without screws.

Yes the Talleys come with screws unfortunately it doesn't say if the screws are 8-40 but these rings are listed to fit the Bergers Primer rifles so one would hope they'd fit

1142, the mount screws come with the Talleys. These screws fit the thread size the rifle came from the factory with. Of all the Talleys I've ordered, only once was there a screw short. Talley sent about 10 free.
