Talk me out of, or into, a 6.5x300 Weatherby or 26 Nosler

My vanguard will shoot 3/4" or better with 3 bullets and 2 powders! You can spend s lot more money for a gun that might not shoot much better

I'm like you....not worried about barrel life or overbore! I built my 26 Nosler because it was the "latest and greatest" at the time and I love the velocity! I too have many other rifles to shoot for larger animals or at the range.....26 Nosler is "Bad to the Bone"! I say, if you want one.....go for it!
